Runcorn Santa is the largest fundraiser in Camp Project Wales’ calendar and it plays a vital role within the community, bringing a little bit of joy and Christmas cheer to all. The jolly man made his way around the roads and estates of Runcorn across a two week period towards the start of December, just in time to get the town into the festive spirit.

Crowds waited on corners and lined the street in places to see the man in the red suit. Young and old popped their heads out to give Santa a wave as he passed by on his brightly lit sleigh. Some children could not believe their eyes, that they were seeing the man himself, outside their houses and were able to get a picture with him.

It was once again a brilliant two weeks of spreading the Christmas spirit and raising vital funds for Camp, we would like to thank all those who came out to see us and donated to our cause. Happy (belated) Christmas.
