In September one of our volunteers, Ben Woodward, ran a 5km run every day to raise money for Camp Project Wales. In a month totalling almost 100 miles and over 14 hours of running Ben managed to raise £843. We have been overwhelmed with the generosity of the public, especially at this testing time.

Ben has been volunteering with CPW for 7 years now and wanted to do some fundraising for camp, especially as many fundraising events had been missed due to the pandemic. “I’d been running throughout lockdown with no real purpose, then I stumbled across this challenge and felt it was the perfect way to raise funds.” It turned out that it was and through social media the total rose and rose. We are very grateful to all those who donated and thank them and Ben for his efforts at this time.
